CLOTHING RECYCLING at Parabita Stores

GIVE A 2ND OPPORTUNITY TO THE CLOTHES YOU DON'T WEAR!

As part of developing social and ecological awareness and promoting "sustainability" through its physical network of stores, the Parabita company provides its customers with the opportunity to recycle clothes at its physical stores, in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

Recycle the clothes you no longer want in the special recycling bins you will find at the following stores:

  • River West
  • Smart Park
  • Glyfada
  • Agias Sofias - Thessaloniki

All clothing items are welcome (except for underwear, swimwear, socks, etc.) – from all brands and in any condition.

The clothes to be recycled must be inside a bag and placed in the special recycling bin by the customer. The bag must contain a minimum of 2 clothing items. Each customer can deliver only one bag of clothes for recycling per day.

The Parabita company (at its own discretion) rewards its customers for their participation in the clothing recycling process by offering the customer 5 green hearts per bag as a reward, which are equal to €1. Under no circumstances can the number of resulting points-hearts be redeemed for cash. In order for the customer to receive their reward, they must be a member of the Queen of Hearts loyalty scheme. The clothes collected from the recycling program are forwarded by the Parabita company to the collaborating non-profit organization for used clothing collection, "IASIS NGO" (AMKE IASIS), under the trademark FABRIC REPUBLIC. The collaborating organization FABRIC REPUBLIC undertakes the sorting and distribution of the recycled clothing to individuals, groups, and solidarity institutions, aiming on one hand to cover their basic needs and, on the other hand, to optimize and modernize the circular management of surplus clothing and the collective development of social and ecological awareness for a Zero Waste reality.
