Payment Methods

  1. How can I pay for my order?

Upon completing your purchase, we offer alternative payment methods for you to choose the one that suits you best:

Cash on Delivery (Domestic orders). If you prefer the more traditional method, then you can pay the order amount to the courier courier upon receipt of the goods. For Domestic shipments, the cash on delivery service incurs an additional charge per order (effective from January 9, 2023). Cash on delivery is not available for shipments to Cyprus or other foreign countries.

By Credit/Debit card. If you have a VISA or MasterCard, you can use it without any worry, as Parabita.com meets the most modern security standards.

Via PayPal. Choosing to pay via PayPal ensures a fast and secure payment, which is carried out under the strict transaction terms set by PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, you will be asked to log in to complete your order (to log into PayPal, use the details you provided when creating your account on the PayPal website. Parabita does not know and has no access to them).

By Bank Transfer. You can deposit the money for your orders into one of the following accounts:

ATTENTION: Products are dispatched after the deposit of the order amount has been confirmed. The bank transfer must be made within three (3) business days from the placement of the order on Parabita.com. Otherwise, the order is cancelled and considered void. To facilitate your transaction, as soon as you complete the deposit, please send us the proof of deposit at customercare@parabita.com. Please note that when depositing money, it takes 2-3 business days for Parabita to check the amount you sent before we proceed with the preparation and shipment of your order.

Other payment methods via Viva: Parabita offers additional payment methods as of 13/06/2023, through the secure environment of Viva Wallet. Specifically, you now have the option to pay for your order using the following methods:

  • KLARNA (up to 3 interest-free installments without a card, for purchases over €35 - more info here)

  1. Can I pay in interest-free installments?

Yes, for orders paid via credit card, you can choose whether you want the repayment to be made in up to 3 or up to 6 interest-free installments (based on the total payment amount).

By selecting Viva Wallet as your payment method, you are redirected to the secure Viva environment where you select payment by credit card and the number of installments. Specifically, for orders from €100-€300 you can pay in up to 3 interest-free installments, while for orders of €300 and above, in up to 6 interest-free installments.

Additionally, there is the option of up to 3 interest-free installments without a card via Klarna for purchases over €35. For purchases with Klarna, you select the corresponding payment method during checkout (Viva Wallet -> Klarna).

  1. Where can I find a coupon?

We understand that all our customers love discounts, which is why we choose to run promotional campaigns quite often.

We suggest keeping an eye on our website as well as our Facebook page, as short-term offers run quite frequently.

Also, by subscribing to our newsletter, you will receive additional secret discounts and coupons.

10% Discount by Subscribing to the Parabita Newsletter

Upon successful subscription to the Parabita Newsletter, you win a 10% Discount coupon for your next online purchase. The coupon is issued upon confirmation of your registration, is unique, and is valid for 2 months from its issuance.

The redemption of the discount coupon is done automatically in the "Discount Code" field during checkout, provided that the purchase is made using the email address used for the subscription.

A subscription is considered successful when all registration stages have been completed (receipt and confirmation of email address verification).

The coupon is valid for exclusive use in the e-shop and for items that are not on sale or discount. It cannot be combined with other discount coupons, gift vouchers, and selected promotional activities (where specified).

If you wish to use another coupon, you can delete or cancel the application of this specific code and enter the discount coupon of your choice in the "Discount Code" field.

After its use, the coupon ceases to be valid.

COSMOTE GIFTS FOR YOU

Parabita participates in Cosmote's Gifts for You program since 11/3/2025. More specifically, through the myCosmote App, users will be able to receive a code with which they will benefit from a €10 discount coupon for purchases over €50 at Parabita. The terms are as follows:

  • The discount is valid until 31/08/2025, regardless of the issue date. After the deadline, the coupons cease to be valid.
  • The discount is valid for purchases from physical stores and the Parabita e-shop. Politikos Shopping Center & Politikos e-shop are excluded.
  • The discount cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or Queen of Hearts Gift Vouchers.
  • The discount is valid for purchases over €50 (value of items that are not on offer or discount).
  • The discount applies to all items that are not on offer or discount.
  • The coupon is unique and valid for a single transaction only.
  • After its use, the coupon ceases to be valid.

  1. Is payment by credit card safe?

Absolutely! The card charge takes place within the secure environment of VIVA Wallet, which uses the latest security protocols and offers 100% transaction security!

When filling out the order form, you select the credit card as the payment method and fill in its details. For your own security, critical card data (credit card number, CSC number, expiration date) are not stored in our system.

In the event of a refund, the amount is credited back to your credit card immediately.

In the event that Parabita does not accept the payment, the transaction is cancelled without any charge to your credit card.

  1. How can I redeem a coupon?

You can redeem a coupon in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' field in the shopping cart. Attention, you must enter the coupon code exactly as it was given to you, without spaces. If the coupon is valid, your discount will be applied automatically. If you encounter any problem applying a coupon, please check the following:

  • You can use a coupon for one transaction only.
  • Make sure that the email you use to place your order is the same as the one that received the coupon.
  • Some coupons may be valid for specific products, specific product categories, or for purchases relating to specific countries. Any such restriction will be stated by the company.
  • All coupons have an expiration date.

  1. Is it possible to issue an invoice?

Yes, during the completion of your purchase, you have the option to choose the issuance of an Invoice, provided you select "I request an Invoice" and fill in your VAT number (AFM). Invoices are issued only for Greece and for valid VAT numbers.
