TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA OF THE COMPETITION
“ PARABITA x ALTERLIFE”
The societe anonyme under the name "PARABITA SOCIETE ANONYME FOR CLOTHING TRADE", with Tax Registration Number (A.F.M.) 093517875 of the Athens FAE Tax Office (D.O.Y.), based in Athens, at 14-16 Vasileos Alexandrou & Misountos Str., contact tel.: 2152157700 (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer" or "Parabita"), organizes a competition titled "Parabita x Alterlife" (hereinafter "the Competition"), which is hosted on the website: https://www.parabita.com/parabita_x_alterlife owned and managed by Parabita. The purpose of these detailed terms (hereinafter the "Terms") is to determine the terms of participation for every interested party in the Competition, the draw and announcement of one (1) female winner, as well as the use of personal data.

Right of Participation
1.01. Every interested natural person who is a resident of Greece has the right to participate in the Competition, regardless of gender, provided that they have completed their eighteenth (18th) year of age and are not, for any reason, fully or partially deprived of their legal capacity. Participation in the Competition presupposes the unreserved acceptance of the Terms. In any case, Parabita legally presumes that the participation requirements of the Terms are met. The right to participate exists for as long as the Competition lasts, in accordance with these terms.
1.02. Employees and representatives of Parabita, as well as their relatives of the 1st and 2nd degree and their spouses, are prohibited from participating in the Competition.
1.03. Applications submitted by persons who do not have the right to participate under paragraph 1.01 or are prohibited from participating under paragraph 1.02 will not be taken into account and, in any case, will be excluded from the Competition as soon as this is established by Parabita. The same applies to applications that do not bear all the required details according to Term 2. Applications that contain abusive, racist, defamatory, or in any way offensive claims and rumors about Parabita or any natural or legal person, as well as applications that violate public morals or legality, at the absolute and free discretion of Parabita, will be excluded from the Competition.

2. Method of Participation / Competition Mechanism
2.01. The procedure for participating in the Competition is as follows: To participate in the Competition, each interested party must visit the competition's website: https://www.parabita.com/parabita_x_alterlife where they will fill in their details in the participation form posted on the aforementioned website, namely: First Name, Last Name, Birthday, Phone Number & E-mail. For the participation in the Competition to be considered valid, the Contestant must declare that they have read and unreservedly accepted Parabita's protection policy and these Terms of the Competition [by clicking on the relevant tickboxes] and follow the account @alterlifegr on Instagram.
2.02. Participation in the Competition presupposes the completion of the actions provided for in paragraph 2.01 of these Terms. The execution of these actions entails: (a) the participation of the Contestant in the Competition, (b) the unreserved acceptance of the Terms by the Contestant, and (c) the unreserved consent and approval of the Contestant for the announcement and processing by Parabita of all required -for the purpose of this Competition- data and information.
2.03. Participation in the Competition presupposes access of the interested parties to the Internet by their own technical means. Parabita assumes no obligation regarding securing or assisting access to the areas where the Competition is conducted or providing facilities to any interested party. Access to the Competition's website is permitted only under the operational terms of the respective server and the technical and other requirements and specifications of the Competition. Parabita considers that each participant is the owner and has exclusive control of the electronic address they declare. Furthermore, Parabita is not liable for any burden placed on the contestant-users due to the above reasons. Parabita is not liable for any damage that may occur on the Competition's website https://www.parabita.com/parabita_x_alterlife resulting in the temporary or permanent interruption of the Competition.

Duration of the Competition
The period for participating in the competition begins on April 6, 2026 at 10:00 and will end on April 24, 2026 at 22:00 (hereinafter "Duration") or as defined following any extension according to article 8 of these Terms.
It is explicitly clarified that, after the lapse of the aforementioned expiration date, no participation will be accepted or bind Parabita regarding its timeliness. Participations submitted after the aforementioned expiration date are automatically considered void, produce no effect, and do not bind Parabita and/or any third party. Any of the Contestants can be disqualified by Parabita at any stage in the event that they do not meet the participation conditions.

Announcement of Winner
The selection of the winners will be done by a draw, which will take place on Monday, April 25, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. or on the date that will be set following any extension according to article 8 of these Terms, at Parabita's customer service center, located in Athens at 14-16 Vasileos Alexandrou & Misountos Str., by a committee appointed by Parabita, and will include all those who participated in the competition, under term 2, at any time during the period from the start to the end of the Competition. The draw will select a total of one (1) female winner.
1. Competition Prizes / Method of Pickup / Nature of the prize
5.01. The one (1) lucky female winner will win 1 free 1x6-month subscription for all services at whichever Alterlife gym the winner wishes.
5.02. The winner will be notified by phone by Parabita within one (1) week from the date of the draw. During this communication, the winner's full details (full name, full address, phone number, email address, etc.) will be requested in order to verify identity upon delivery of the Prize.
5.03. The delivery of the Prize will be carried out via email to the address declared in the competition.
5.04. Throughout the time from the start of the Competition until the receipt of the Prize, Parabita is entitled at any time to check whether each winner or contestant meets the conditions for participating in the Competition, according to the Terms. In the event that it is found that each winner or contestant does not meet the participation conditions, or in the event that it is found that the details declared under term 2 were false or inaccurate, Parabita will exclude the specific person from the process, and their potential Prize will be granted to the immediate next runner-up, while if none of them meets the participation conditions or if it is found that the declared details under term 2 were false or inaccurate, then the Prize will be canceled.
5.05. The aforementioned Prize is personal, cannot be transferred to other persons nor can it be sold, is not exchangeable, its redemption for cash at any price cannot be requested, and it cannot be transferred to a later time. In case of refusal by the winners or non-receipt as above, the said Prize is canceled.
5.06. Parabita bears no responsibility for any legal or actual defect or lack of agreed qualities of the offered Prize and, respectively, for any physical or other injury, loss, or damage to property etc. that occurs to the winners or to any third party from the use of this Prize.
5.07. The aforementioned Prize will be canceled, at Parabita's discretion, for the following reasons as well:
(a) in the event that the winner does not meet these terms in their entirety, all of which are deemed essential, (b) due to an impediment based on these Terms, (γ) in the event that for any reason communication with the winner becomes impossible within the predefined deadlines, and d) if the winner does not produce a document proving their identity upon receipt of the Prize.
In the event that any of the above reasons apply, Parabita has the right to proceed with the cancellation of a winner's participation at any stage, even during the stage of awarding the Prize.
5.08. Parabita bears absolutely no responsibility for any direct and/or indirect damage that might be caused to the detriment of the winner and/or any participant by the Prize and/or their general participation in the Competition. The Organizer bears absolutely no responsibility and does not hold or assume any obligation towards the participants and/or the winner beyond the correct conduct of the Competition in accordance with the Terms. After the expiration of the Competition's duration and the receipt of the Prize as mentioned above, every obligation of the Organizer ceases to exist.
5.09. It is clarified that Parabita does not adapt the Prize to the needs/particularities of each winner, nor does it cover any expenses of the winner necessary for them to receive the Prize.
5.10. Parabita reserves the right to modify the Prize as well as the number thereof, with a corresponding modification of the number of final winners, in accordance with the provisions of article 8 of the Terms.
5.11. In the event of a case of force majeure outside Parabita's sphere of influence, the latter is entitled not to offer the Prize to the winner, nor an alternative Prize, in which case it will be released from any liability and will not be obliged to offer an alternative Prize of any form or value.

Explicit Declaration / Consent / Acceptance of Participants
All Participants in the Competition fully and without any reservation accept these Terms. The acceptance of the Terms constitutes an essential condition of participation, explicitly declared by submitting the relevant entry statement. All Participants explicitly and unreservedly acknowledge, declare, and accept that:
(a) they are adults equal to or over eighteen (18) years of age,
(b) their personality, health, and/or physical integrity are not offended or harmed in any way by their participation in the Competition,
(c) their participation in the Competition does not violate personal data, personality rights, or intellectual or industrial property rights, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of third parties,
(d) they explicitly and unreservedly provide their consent and agree to the Organizer using their personal data (telephone and email address) exclusively for conducting the competition and delivering the Prize, (e) they provide, without consideration, their explicit and unreserved consent and authorization to Parabita for the promotion of the Competition, its results, including the announcement of the winner's name on any medium (indicatively and not restrictively television, radio, printed press, etc.) and/or on the internet (indicatively and not restrictively on the Organizer's website, Youtube, etc.), or/and on social media (indicatively and not restrictively Facebook, Twitter, etc.), in public spaces (indicatively and not restrictively public events, etc.), on screens at points of sale, and in internal presentations, for carrying out promotional and advertising activities at any time, worldwide. Parabita reserves the right to use and publish any news element related to the conduct and results of the Competition.

Exclusion of Contestants
Parabita may - but is not obliged to - exclude from the Competition, at any stage of its execution, any participant who in its opinion is likely to have used (or attempted to use) unfair means regarding their participation or has violated (or attempted to violate) any of these terms. Unfair means include, indicatively and not restrictively, the use of devices, means, computers, and/or software to facilitate automated or multiple entries without human intervention.
In addition, entries with content that offends public decency and public morals, or entries that present ambiguities or other technical defects, will not be accepted. Furthermore, entries with content that is abusive, vulgar, defamatory, dangerous, racist, offends human dignity, or generally contravenes the current statutory provisions, or is in any other way inappropriate at the absolute discretion of Parabita, will be canceled.
Any of the winners, at any stage, can be disqualified for the following reasons as well:
(a) in the event that, for any reason, they do not fully accept these Terms or do not meet the prerequisites of any of the Terms, all of which are considered essential.
(b) in the event that for any reason communication with the winner is not possible within the predefined deadlines set in these terms or for reasons relating to their person.
Cancellation of Competition / Modification of Terms / Liability
The Organizer reserves the right, unilaterally, without notice and at its discretion until the 10th day of the Competition, to modify, revoke, extend, or reduce its duration, to change the offered Prizes, as well as to alter its terms and/or cancel the competition, with an announcement in the press or on the Internet. In these cases, the Organizer bears no responsibility towards the participants and/or any third party, and no rights or claims of the participants and/or third parties are established against it. In the event that the Competition is canceled, the participants do not acquire any right against the Organizer, nor are they legitimized or entitled to request its continuation or any compensation.
In no case is the Organizer liable for any direct or indirect damages, costs, and expenses that may arise from any interruption, malfunction, delay, or any other cause regarding the Competition or its cancellation.
Any modifications will be published on the website https://www.parabita.com/parabita_x_alterlife by which the participants will be informed accordingly, who bear the exclusive obligation to monitor the Terms and adapt to them.
Participants bear the exclusive responsibility for the full and correct filling out and submission of their details in the competition's submission form posted at https://www.parabita.com/parabita_x_alterlife . Entries that do not comply with these terms will be excluded from the draw.
Trademarks / Intellectual Property of the Organizer
Participants do not have and do not acquire any right whatsoever over the trademarks, names, indications, emblems, and other distinctive features and characteristics of the Organizer.

Personal Data
10.01. Method of using personal data
The Organizer will process, to the extent necessary, the personal data made available to it by the participants in the Competition for conducting the draw, communicating with the participants and the winner before, during, and after the Competition, delivering the Prize to the winner, verifying the age and identity of the participants and the winner, as well as their compliance with these Terms and on the media described in article 6 above.
10.02 Categories of personal data that the Organizer will process
The Organizer will process the following personal data of the participants in the Competition:
Full Name, telephone number, email & Birthday.
In addition to the above, it will process the following personal data of the winner:
Address, identity details
10.03 Persons who will have access to the personal data
The winner's personal data will be disclosed to Parabita's customer service center.
10.04 Legal basis of the processing
The processing of personal data is based on the consent of the Competition participants, which is obtained at the time of declaring participation in the Competition.
10.05 Right to withdraw consent
Participants have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of the Competition at any time by sending an email to customercare@parabita.com. In this case, the submitted declaration of participation in the Competition will automatically become void, and if the withdrawal takes place after a participant has been declared a winner, the declaration will be automatically revoked, and regarding the Prize, the provisions of article 5.06 will apply accordingly. The lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal is not affected.
10.06 Retention period of personal data?
The personal data of the participants will be retained for 45 days from the receipt of the Prize by the winner or from the definitive cancellation of the Competition.
10.07 Other rights
Participants also retain the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of their personal data, object to the processing, and data portability, which they can exercise by sending an email to customercare@parabita.com.
Finally, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, located in Athens, 1-3 Kifissias Ave., P.C. 115 23, tel. 210 6475600, fax 210 6475628, email complaints@dpa.gr, if they consider that the processing of their personal data violates the applicable national and regulatory legal framework for the protection of personal data.
10.08 For matters not regulated in this article, the provisions of the Organizer's Privacy Policy published here PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY apply. In case there are differences between the Policy and this article, this article prevails.
11. Resolution of Disputes: Any dispute that may arise regarding the Competition and the application of these terms of participation will be resolved amicably in principle. For the judicial resolution of the dispute, the Courts of Athens are designated as competent, and the applicable law is Greek law. Any provision of the above terms deemed contrary to the Law automatically ceases to apply, without in any way affecting the validity of the remaining terms.
12. Information: For any information regarding the competition, any participant or third party may call the telephone number: 2152157777, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and from 09.00am to 17.00pm. The Declaration of Participation in the Competition constitutes full proof of the explicit and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Participations submitted after the aforementioned expiration date are automatically considered void, produce no effect, and do not bind Parabita and/or any third party. Any of the Contestants can be disqualified by Parabita at any stage in the event that they do not meet the participation conditions.

Announcement of Winner
The selection of the winners will be done by a draw, which will take place on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, or on the date that will be set following any extension according to article 8 of these Terms, at Parabita's customer service center, located in Athens at 14-16 Vasileos Alexandrou & Misountos Str., by a committee appointed by Parabita, and will include all those who participated in the competition, under term 2, at any time during the period from the start to the end of the Competition. The draw will select a total of twenty (20) winners.

Competition Prizes / Method of Pickup / Nature of the prize
5.01. The twenty (20) lucky winners will each win one (1) gift voucher worth €20, redeemable for any service at Treatwell. The prize can be redeemed for any available service via the treatwell.gr website or the Treatwell app, within 12 months from receipt. The vouchers will be provided in the form of a digital voucher (digital code) via email. Redemption can only be done online via the booking website. It cannot be done directly at a physical shop. The vouchers can be redeemed regardless of the amount (cost of services lower or higher than €20). To receive the digital voucher, winners must create an account via the Treatwell application.

5.02. The winner will be notified by phone by Parabita within five (5) days from the date of the draw. During this communication, the winner's full details (full name, full address, phone number, email address, etc.) will be requested in order to verify identity upon delivery of the Prize.
5.03. The delivery of the Prize will be carried out to the winners via email to the email address declared in the competition.
5.04. Throughout the time from the start of the Competition until the receipt of the Prize, Parabita is entitled at any time to check whether each winner or contestant meets the conditions for participating in the Competition, according to the Terms. In the event that it is found that each winner or contestant does not meet the participation conditions, or in the event that it is found that the details declared under term 2 were false or inaccurate, Parabita will exclude the specific person from the process, and their potential Prize will be granted to the immediate next runner-up, while if none of them meets the participation conditions or if it is found that the declared details under term 2 were false or inaccurate, then the Prize will be canceled.
5.05. The aforementioned Prize is personal, cannot be transferred to other persons nor can it be sold, is not exchangeable, its redemption for cash at any price cannot be requested, and it cannot be transferred to a later time. In case of refusal by the winners or non-receipt as above, the said Prize is canceled.
5.06. Parabita bears no responsibility for any legal or actual defect or lack of agreed qualities of the offered Prize and, respectively, for any physical or other injury, loss, or damage to property etc. that occurs to the winners or to any third party from the use of this Prize.
5.07. The aforementioned Prize will be canceled, at Parabita's discretion, for the following reasons as well:
(a) in the event that the winner does not meet these terms in their entirety, all of which are deemed essential, (b) due to an impediment based on these Terms, (γ) in the event that for any reason communication with the winner becomes impossible within the predefined deadlines, and d) if the winner does not produce a document proving their identity upon receipt of the Prize.
In the event that any of the above reasons apply, Parabita has the right to proceed with the cancellation of a winner's participation at any stage, even during the stage of awarding the Prize.
5.08. Parabita bears absolutely no responsibility for any direct and/or indirect damage that might be caused to the detriment of the winner and/or any participant by the Prize and/or their general participation in the Competition. The Organizer bears absolutely no responsibility and does not hold or assume any obligation towards the participants and/or the winner beyond the correct conduct of the Competition in accordance with the Terms. After the expiration of the Competition's duration and the receipt of the Prize as mentioned above, every obligation of the Organizer ceases to exist.
5.09. It is clarified that Parabita does not adapt the Prize to the needs/particularities of each winner, nor does it cover any expenses of the winner necessary for them to receive the Prize.
5.10. Parabita reserves the right to modify the Prize as well as the number thereof, with a corresponding modification of the number of final winners, in accordance with the provisions of article 8 of the Terms.
5.11. In the event of a case of force majeure outside Parabita's sphere of influence, the latter is entitled not to offer the Prize to the winner, nor an alternative Prize, in which case it will be released from any liability and will not be obliged to offer an alternative Prize of any form or value.

Explicit Declaration / Consent / Acceptance of Participants
All Participants in the Competition fully and without any reservation accept these Terms. The acceptance of the Terms constitutes an essential condition of participation, explicitly declared by submitting the relevant entry statement. All Participants explicitly and unreservedly acknowledge, declare, and accept that:
(a) they are adults equal to or over eighteen (18) years of age,
(b) their personality, health, and/or physical integrity are not offended or harmed in any way by their participation in the Competition,

Exclusion of Contestants

Any of the winners, at any stage, can be disqualified for the following reasons as well:

10.05 Right to withdraw consent
Participants have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of the Competition at any time by sending an email to customercare@parabita.com. In this case, the submitted declaration of participation in the Competition will automatically become void, and if the withdrawal takes place after a participant has been declared a winner, the declaration will be automatically revoked, and regarding the Prize, the provisions of article 5.06 will apply accordingly. The lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal is not affected.
10.06 Retention period of personal data?
The personal data of the participants will be retained for 45 days from the receipt of the Prize by the winner or from the definitive cancellation of the Competition.

11. Resolution of Disputes: Any dispute that may arise regarding the Competition and the application of these terms of participation will be resolved amicably in principle. For the judicial resolution of the dispute, the Courts of Athens are designated as competent, and the applicable law is Greek law. Any provision of the above terms deemed contrary to the Law automatically ceases to apply, without in any way affecting the validity of the remaining terms.

5.01. The two (02) lucky winners will win two double invitations for the performance "BIRTHDAY GIFT" at Alea Theatre, to be redeemed by the end of September, upon consultation with the reservation manager and according to the availability of the performances.

5.04. « TRAVEL PRIZE »

The purpose of this document is to determine the terms for participating in the competition for every interested party and for selecting a winner within its framework. The company reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms. Any change to these terms will be implemented following a prior announcement on the Website https://www.parabita.com/gr/policy/contests, and will be binding for every participant. The Organizer assumes no liability regarding any modification. Participation in the competition constitutes full acceptance on behalf of the participants of all the terms of the competition and any modifications thereof.

1. The competition is conducted by PARABITA SOCIETE ANONYME FOR CLOTHING TRADE with registered offices at 14-16 VASILEOS ALEXANDROU, 16121 KAISARIANI, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."

2. Right of participation in the competition is held by all residents of Greece and Cyprus who have verifiably completed the 18th year of their age. Employees of the Organizer and/or their relatives of the 1st and 2nd degree are excluded from the competition. Also excluded are those associated in any way and/or helping in any way with the organization and implementation of this competition.

3. The competition is valid for purchases at the physical Parabita stores based in Attica and/or the online store (www.parabita.com) of the Organizer. The Outlet store and Outlet products also participate in the competition.

4. The period of conduct of the competition is defined from November 8, 2019 at 00:00 up until November 10, 2019 at 23:59. After the end of the competition, no additional entries will be accepted.

5. Valid participation in the competition is considered every purchase made by the consumer within the aforementioned period (8–10 November 2019). Each proof of purchase equals one entry and meets the following criteria:

a) ONLY Queen Of Hearts members participate.

b) Receipts from purchases resulting from exchanges of previous purchases made within the same time frame in which the Competition is conducted are also considered valid.

c) Receipts from purchases within the time frame in which the Competition is conducted that are modified due to exchange or partial return of items participate anew in the Competition and cancel the previous entry.

d) Receipts from purchases within the time frame in which the Competition is conducted that are modified due to return of items cancel the participation.

A "valid participation" means any entry into the competition based on the above and within the duration of the competition. 8. The delivery of the prize will take place once the beneficiary has been successfully verified.

For the certification of the selected beneficiary, the Name and shipping address will be requested during a telephone communication that will follow from the customer service center of the online shop.

In the event that communication with the beneficiary is not possible within 2 days, then the participation is considered void, and the Organizer has the right to award the Prize to the immediate next runner-up.

The Beneficiary has the option — if they wish so and inform accordingly — to redeem their Prize at a physical store earlier, from February 25 up until December 31, 2019.

If the beneficiary of the Prize has participated with a purchase receipt from the online store and/or is a resident of Cyprus, the Gift Voucher will be delivered on February 25 to their email address with 5 Discount codes that they can use in the online store of the Organizer.

In case any of the winners refuses to declare the above, this person permanently loses their right to the respective Prize, and the winner's position will be taken by the first runner-up, in order of selection from the draw, and so on. In case a winner cannot be found, the Organizer may distribute the Prize at its absolute discretion.

10. The use of the Prize at the physical stores of the Organizer is done once and is not subject to changes.

The use of the Prize at the online store of the Organizer is subject to the following rules:

a) The coupon codes sent to the winner must be used in the respective field. One code can be redeemed per order. In case the winner selects more than one (1) pair of jeans, they will receive as a gift the one with the lowest value.

b) Shipping and/or cash on delivery costs for the purchase of items made with the use of the prize are charged based on the current policy.

γ) Any changes resulting from the use of the Prize are governed by the general Terms of Use and Returns Policy as stated in the online store of the Organizer.

d) In case of refusal to receive the order regarding the use of the Prize, shipping costs for the re-sending of the dispatch burden the beneficiary-recipient. The Organizer has the right to withdraw the Prize if the refusal to receive is repeated.
