TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PHYSICAL STORE GIFT CARD USE

The Gift Card is the property of its issuer, PARABITA S.A.. The Gift Card is personal, cannot be used as a credit card, is not exchangeable for cash, and the holder bears sole responsibility for its use and care. Parabita S.A. assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft, or destruction of the Gift Card, will not replace it, and will not refund its value.

The Gift Card can be issued exclusively and only at Parabita S.A. physical stores. Excluded: the online store parabita.com, and the shop-in-shops within the Politikos Shopping Center in Lamia and Notos Piraeus.

The Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be redeemed in a single transaction only at PARABITA physical stores (except for the shop-in-shops within the Politikos Shopping Center and Notos Piraeus). After the 1-year period has passed, the Gift Card is automatically deactivated and its balance is zeroed out; consequently, it cannot be used for purchasing products at any PARABITA store.

The Gift Card can be used to purchase any product available at PARABITA physical stores (with the exception of the shop-in-shops within the Politikos Shopping Center and Notos Piraeus). In the Parabita.com online store, it can be used for purchases exclusively via telephone order at +302152157777 (business days only, 09:00 - 17:00). The value of the products purchased using the Gift Card must be equal to or greater than the monetary value contained in the Gift Card, with the difference being paid by any payment method accepted by Parabita physical stores or the Parabita.com online store. Products purchased with a Gift Card can only be exchanged for other products, always in accordance with the exchange policy specified by the Parabita company.

The price of the Gift Card can be paid using any payment method accepted at Parabita physical stores (except for invoice issuance). Gift Cards cannot be purchased using another gift card.

The monetary value contained in the Gift Card can be verified at the Parabita stores where the Gift Card can be issued, as mentioned above.

The purchase and/or use of the Gift Card implies full acceptance of the above terms and conditions, which are available on the website www.parabita.com.
